Guest messaging
Every channel lands in one inbox, on the reservation it belongs to, with that channel's own limits enforced in the composer.
Send and receive with attachments, up to 4,096 characters per message.
SMS
Up to 1,600 characters, no attachments.
No length limit, attachments allowed, and the fallback when an OTA cannot carry a reply.
In-app messages
Direct RentOS threads with no channel restrictions, tied to the reservation.
Access control
Map a property to a lock group once, and guest keys follow the reservation.

Keys issue at check-in and revoke at checkout, with every unlock, lock and denied attempt logged.
