About RentRemote
RentRemote started inside a rental operation, not a software company. RentOS is the tool we kept wishing existed: one place for contracts, monthly stays, channels, and the paperwork that comes with tenants who stay for months rather than nights.
Today RentOS is the leading platform in mid term rentals, used by operators running furnished apartments, flex living buildings, and student housing. The team is small and distributed across Europe, and everyone here talks to the people who use what we ship.
About the role
Deployments are where RentOS meets an operator's real portfolio, and where most software quietly fails. You decide what the account has to look like on the other side, and you stay close enough afterwards to know whether it held.
What you'll do
- 01Scope the portfolio before anything is imported: units, contracts, deposit rules, and the exceptions the operator forgot to mention.
- 02Decide what live means for this account, write it down, and hold the date.
- 03Run the deployment with the engineers and the operator's team in the same room, and unblock whatever stops it.
- 04Stay on the account afterwards: what broke, what was never used, and what we should build next.
- 05Write the account down: what was decided, what was deferred, and what the next person needs to know.
What we look for
- You have carried an outcome, not a task list: operational or technical leadership, consulting, founding, or early startup work.
- You are comfortable telling a customer the plan has to change, and comfortable being the one who says when it is done.
- You get to the detail. Deployments fail on the exceptions, not on the plan.
- You are comfortable holding the whole picture of an account on your own, and you write it down anyway.
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience deploying software into property, hospitality, or another operations-heavy business.
- A second European language, and the willingness to travel to a customer when a screen share is not enough.

Logistics
The role is full-time and remote, anywhere we can employ across Europe.
